Escape to the serene coastal village of Tisvildeleje for a Mental Wellness Retreat designed to help you combat seasonal depression and explore personal transformation through journaling and group therapy. This retreat focuses on (re)writing your truths about essential life topics such as money, love, and friendship, allowing you to reflect deeply and shift your perspectives in a supportive, nurturing environment.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival, Nature Walk, Journaling, and Group Therapy
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Arrival & Check-In
Guests arrive at Tisvildeleje Strandhotel, check in to their rooms, and get settled into the tranquil setting.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Welcome Lunch
Enjoy a healthy lunch as you meet fellow participants and facilitators from Write Your Truth and Lono Rituals.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Group Nature Walk
Join us for a calming walk along the Tisvildeleje coast, setting the tone for relaxation and reflection in nature. This walk will help center your mind for the inner work ahead.
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Workshop 1: Rewriting Your Truth
Through guided journaling and group discussions, we will check-in with your emotional and mental well being. We will hold space to discuss anxieties, limiting beliefs, or whatever you feel might be blocking you from reaching your hopes and dreams.
4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Tea/Coffee Break & Snacks
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM Group Therapy Session: Healing Through Connection
In a supportive and safe environment, share your personal stories and experiences around love, friendship, and self-connection. This session will focus on healing and reframing these relationships to support mental wellness and emotional balance.
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Dinner
Enjoy a relaxing, nourishing dinner with the group. This is a time to unwind and connect over meaningful conversations.
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Evening Reflection: Journaling & Meditation
End the day with a reflective journaling session focused on integrating the day’s insights, followed by a calming guided meditation to prepare you for a restful night.
Day 2: Wellness Rituals, Reflection & Departure
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast
Start your day with a healthy breakfast to fuel your body and mind.
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Sauna & Cold Plunge at Helenkilde Badehotel
Take a refreshing walk to Helenkilde Badehotel for a rejuvenating sauna and optional cold plunge experience. This wellness ritual is designed to cleanse both body and mind, providing clarity and renewal.
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Closing Circle: Reflection & Intentions
Gather for a final reflection session where participants will share their experiences and set intentions for moving forward. Facilitators will guide the group in closing the retreat with gratitude and empowerment, supporting continued mental wellness beyond the retreat.
11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Goodbyes & Departure
Enjoy a final tea or coffee together before departing at 12 PM, feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired to continue (re)writing your truth.
